Programme
Friday: Arrival by your means of transportation to the hinterland of Lucca in the woody area called Garfagnana characterised by small hill-towns, jewels of architecture such as Bagni di Lucca. Accommodation in the reserved rooms or apartments of an agriturismo lying along the mountain stream Lima. After a careful restoration an ancient little medieval village was transformed into a nice agriturismo at the woods edge where, at dusk, wild animals can easily be seen by visitors. The place is also an organic farm producing some organic products which are used to prepare delicious local dishes served at the restaurant of the agriturismo. Dinner and overnight.
Saturday: "Sport and adventure"
After a tasty and nourishing breakfast, the whole day will be dedicated to many sports activities: in the morning rafting and in the afternoon participants can choose among a wide variety of activities : Mountain Bike, Hiking, Hydrospeed, Canoe and Kayak. Dinner and overnight.
Sunday: Breakfast and checkout

The psycophysic well-being is an urgent need of modern man, stressed by a hectic and frantic life. We give you the chance of spending sports and relaxing holidays in one of the most beautiful natural settings of Tuscany.
Programme
Friday: Arrival of the participants with their own means of transportation at Bagni di Lucca, in the heart of Garfagnana. Ancient spa resort Bagni di Lucca was a holiday destination for important men and women of the past: Shelley, Byron, Dumas and also Napoleon with his beautiful sister Paolina to whom one the natural grottos was dedicated. The thermal baths, which have undergone a complete restoration over the last years, combine the elegance of the ancient building dating back to the XVIII century with modern equippments and furnitures. At guests' disposal the indoor heated thermal pool, 32°, with Jacuzzi. Dinner at the hotel restaurant and overnight.
Saturday: "Rafting and bike day"
After breakfast transfer with the minivans of the sports society to the river Lima, where the rafting activity starts with the assistance of expert guides. In the afternoon ride in the countryside with mountain bike. Transfer back to the hotel. Before dinner the indoor pool is still at guests' disposal. Overnight
Sunday: Relaxing day
Breakfast and then Relax at the Spa: enjoy a natural steam bath and an antistress massage of 30'. Still at disposal fitness room and indoor thermal pool. Checkout at 11.00 am

FOOD WINE AND NATURE IN TUSCANY

Friday
Checkin at the agriturismo/farmhouse in Montepulciano. In the afternoon individual visit of Montepulciano with a break at the well-known "Redi Cellars", situated in an old palace of this wonderful historic medioeval hill town. Visit to the wineries and wine tasting accompanied by some appetizer. Dinner in the farmhouse restaurant and overnight stay.
Saturday
After breakfast departure to a very excellent dairy of the area which produces the typical Tuscan pecorino cheese. Cheese tasting, served with jams and honey of the local production and a glass of Montepulciano Red Wine. Departure to Pienza, for a relaxing stroll in town to discover the most characteristic corners of the centre, where the main features of the local architecture are given by a mixture of styles dating back to Middleage and Renaissance. Rest of the afternoon at free disposal as well as the evening. Dinner not included. Overnight at the agriturismo.
Sunday
Breakfast and departure to the wine area of Montalcino. "Villa Banfi" is a well-known wine farm (about 20km from Montalcino) where the renowned and precious Brunello, named in the past "Gods'nectar" is the top wine of their production. Lunch at the estate restaurant "La Taverna", lying in the shade of the medieval castle, under the vaults where once the old cellars were. The chef prepares dishes of the local tradition enhanced by the freshness of the local produce. Rest of the day at guests' disposal for personal visits and journey back home.
N.B. Some changes to the itinerary might be possible depending on availability and on opening season hours of restaurants and winecellars.

NATURE AND RELAX IN TUSCANY

Itinerary:
Friday - Checkin at the agriturismo in the countryside around Siena with breathtaking landscapes of rolling hills and tall cypress lines. Relaxation already starts in your welcoming room, in the garden inviting to pleasant strolls in the nature. Dinner at the restaurant of the agriturismo and overnight.
Saturday - After breakfast enjoy a full morning in complete relax at the Spa of the agriturismo offering entrance to the indoor swimming pool, steam bath or sauna, relaxing massage of 30 minutes. The rest of the day is at free disposal and you can choose to ride a bike or to go horseback riding accompanied by the guides of the riding centre of the agriturismo. You can also choose to visit the wine area of Montalcino, Pienza, Montepulciano. Dinner at the restaurant and overnight
